How do I place an order?
Just browse through our collection, choose your vibe, select the size, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re done shopping, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)
All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
When will my order be delivered?
We usually ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 4–7 days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s shipped
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

What is your return/exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How do I request a return or exchange?

- Our team will get back within 24–48 hours.
- Return the item to the address we provide.
- We’ll issue your refund or exchange after inspection.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. But we’re working on taking LOxSH global soon—stay tuned!
Are your products unisex?
Most of our designs are gender-neutral and can be rocked by anyone who vibes with the style. We also mention fit and style details on each product page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that to follow your package in real-time.
