How do I place an order?

Just browse through our collection, choose your vibe, select the size, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re done shopping, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

We accept all major payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)

All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.

We usually ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 4–7 days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s shipped

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can help you cancel or modify it. Contact us ASAP on WhatsApp at 9347197223 or email us at [email protected].

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  3. Return the item to the address we provide.
  4. We’ll issue your refund or exchange after inspection.

Currently, we ship only within India. But we’re working on taking LOxSH global soon—stay tuned!

Most of our designs are gender-neutral and can be rocked by anyone who vibes with the style. We also mention fit and style details on each product page.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that to follow your package in real-time.
