🔄 Return & Exchange Window
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
💸 Refunds
- For returns, we offer either a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping
- In most cases, return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- We will share the return address once your return request is approved.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Innerwear
- Accessories (like caps, etc.)
- Items bought on clearance/sale
- Customized or limited-edition products
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacements only and are subject to stock availability.
- If your preferred size or item is unavailable, we’ll offer you store credit or a refund.
📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if needed).
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
