At LOxSH, we stand for comfort, quality, and satisfaction—and our return & exchange policy is built around that same mindset.


🔄 Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

💸 Refunds

  • For returns, we offer either a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In most cases, return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
  • We will share the return address once your return request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Innerwear
  • Accessories (like caps, etc.)
  • Items bought on clearance/sale
  • Customized or limited-edition products

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacements only and are subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size or item is unavailable, we’ll offer you store credit or a refund.

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if needed).
  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
